We want you to love your treatment and experience with every therapist at Gloss. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Arriving Late
your appointment time is reserved especially for you. if you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible and we can do our best to accomodate your appointment, however time may not permit us to complete your full service.
This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we are running on time for your next client.
If you arrive over ten minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charge as a no-show fee of 100%.
Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please so as soon as possible. we require at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.
Failure to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Not showing up to your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be void.
